L2: Uneven Bars
Class Pre-Requisites:
10s wall handstand
1 chin up, 1 pull up or 1 pullover
front support on the bar
baby cast (basically swing both your legs in a front support on the bar)
or
prior experience in our HERO Strength classes
Your next step towards your calisthenics and gymnastics journey. This class will build full body strength, coordination and rhythm for uneven bars.
Learn techniques, shapes and bar rhythm while building insane upper body strength. We will use rings, parallel bars, uneven bars, parkour rigs and the floor to teach you swings, glides, pullovers, back hip circles, squat ons and more!
Create your own rollercoaster experience and learn to fly around the bars with us!
